Something for everyone! Village homes, rear lane townhomes and detached homes make up the neighbourhood. Low rise condominiums are being built along the north side of Dundas Street as well. All newly constructed homes with ensuites and walk-in closets. Builders in this area include Mattamy, Remmington, Starlane, Greenpark and Rosehaven.
The bottom line:
Village homes now start at $550,000 for approximately 1,100 square feet on three levels. Rear lane townhomes start at $650,000, two-story traditional townhomes start at $750,000 and detached homes start at $900,000 on a smaller lot.
