This neighbourhood is community oriented with solid, older homes. Most homes in this area were built between 1981 and 1990 with 70% of the homes being 26-60 years old.

Joshua Creek

Bronte

Known for its waterfront and vibrant shops and restaurants. Bronte Harbour and waterfront park offers a large boardwalk and harbour for sailboats.

West Oakville

Noteworthy for its convenience: close to Bronte Harbour, Kerr Street and Old Oakville. $650,000 might get you into the neighbourhood, but you may have to do extensive renovations.

Southwest
